Here are pictures of the exhaust system and all the components that came in the box. In these
pictures the mufflers are set up wrong. The offset pipe connects to the front pipes and the
center outlet attaches to the tailpipes. |

First I installed the pipes coming off the headers and the midpipe shown below. Here are the front
pipes and mid pipes being test fit. |
I then test fit the mufflers. I had to cut a few inches off of the right side mid pipe and an
inch on the left side mid pipe to get the mufflers to fit. |
Once I had the midpipes cut and the mufflers fit in place. I tacked the front and midpipes together. |
I removed the front and midpipes and welded them off the car. |
The kit came with 4 metal bars with red cushions to mount the system. I wanted to use
6 mounts so I made 2 additional mounts with some 1/4 bar stock and some sway bar bushings
that I had lying around. |
I then installed the tailpipes. First I tacked in the mounts then I fully welded the mounts. I
used my home made mounts for the tailpipes with the cushions that came with the kit. |
I then mounted up the mufflers and the front pipes using the included hangers. I used the
end link cushions on the muffler mounts. |

Here is the completed install. Overall, everything tucked up nicely and barely hangs below the frame
and subfram connectors. I have an inch of clearance with the mufflers and pipes. The tailpipes are
a litlle tighter with about a 1/2 inch of clearance everywhere. |
